I eat salads daily. I eat them in and I eat them out. I absolutely love them and think that you can make them extremely tasty even when you keep the ingredients "clean". This is one of my favourite ones that I keep on making at home time after time.
You need lettuce (I love baby gem),
avocado (ripe, always ripe!),
feta (I like to crumble it rather than cut it),
and tuna (fresh, jar or tin, which ever you fancy).
For the dressing you need lemon,
olive oil and white wine vinegar (olive oil I pour in about half of the amount of lemon juice and white wine vinegar just a splash or two),
and fresh chilli. I'm a little bit obsessed about chilli and therefore add it into anything and everything but obviously you could just leave it out.
I chop the chilli up nice and small, add lots of Himalayan salt and black pepper and stir it up. (This is, the dressing I have with all my salads!)
Pour over the salad, mess it all up and enjoy. Delicious and healthy!
