This smoothie has been the favourite of my week. I love starting my day with it - is so fresh, delicious and full of green goodness.  

You need:

  • one banana
  • one apple
  • handful of spinach
  • handful of kale (remove the stem)
  • lemon wedge (leave peel and seeds on if you have a high speed blender)
  • 1 mint spring (3-5 leaves)
  • handful of diced mango (I used frozen)
  • handful on sliced peaches (I used frozen)
  • splash of coconut water or water
  • handful of ice


  • bee pollen
  • chia seeds  

Blend until smooth, pour in a glass and sprinkle with bee pollen and chia seeds on top. Cheers!
