One of the more popular London things to do with your kids is visiting the Zoo in Regent's Park. I sometimes meet my friends and their children there for playdates. At this age Little M has very little interest in the big animals but is most interested in parrots, monkeys, butterflies and fish. Baby M pays no notice to any of those but gets excited when spots a pigeon!! I actually think they'd like going there even if there were no animals... the vast space to scooter around, the playground and the merry-go-around would be enough when they're this young. There's also a good cafe for feeding your kids when they get hungry. The noise levels are intense; no need to feel any stress about how loud your own child is! :-)
These are pictures from a Zoo playdate last week with my friend and her (very fast and very cute) twin boys.
