A LONDON AFTERNOON

I’ve been travelling so much in the last few months that I haven’t really blogged about London at all. I must change that as London deserves more! I absolutely love this city. Even though I sometimes fancy a change of scenery and it’s nice to get away it’s always even nicer to return.

The other day I jumped into a pair of comfy trainers and sat the kids in a double buggy. Off we marched towards Marble Arch, through Hyde Park and onto Exhibition Road where one of my daughter’s favourite hang outs is located on; The Science Museum! They have a couple of kids’ areas and they never seem to get bored of them. There is no entry fee either. This time however the visit remained short… they are renovating the downstairs bit. We were forced to go to a playground in Hyde Park after all. Not an unpopular choice amongst my little ones either.

(No I really don't secretly love pigeons, on the contrary really. So I'm not sure why they're in most of my photos... )

  1. Would love to see more photos and stories of London, please. I spent my youth there as an au pair for two years - ages ago in late 70's. Still love the city and visit it as often as possible.

  2. We were in London in June and it was the first time for me and I absolutely loved it. The people, the language, the pretty, clean streets were something very different from New York. We'll definitely be back for many many times more!

    1. It is very different to New York also a lot more spread out. I love London but I must say I'd jump at a chance to live in New York for a while, I'm an addict! :-)

    1. Moikka! Sorry! Toivottavasti jaksat silti seurata :-)
