I love avocados. I often make these super simple crackers full of good fats.
Slice avocado on your favourite cracker, toast or bread. Season with a pinch of salt & chili flakes. Squeeze a bit of lemon on top.
Perfect combination of tastes.

DeleteI could eat avocados for breakfast/lunch/dinner. There are even some things I will not eat UNLESS it has avocado...turkey sandwich for example. lol.

Great to have your here with Minna, love your recipies and tips. I am also great fan of avocado, and actually I am bit worried can you eat those too much...Too much good fat..? Because I also eat walnuts and other nuts for good fat and vitamins. Any thoughts?
ReplyDeleteThanks ;-) so nice to hear.
DeleteI'm no expert by any means. If your weight isn't an issue for you I wouldn't worry. Your body takes what it needs and the rest... Well the extra calories store as fat, but only if you consume more than you burn. I would much rather snack nuts and avocados than sweets, crisps and other processed rubbish with no nutritional value.
Amazing! This blog looks exactly like my old one!
ReplyDeleteIt's on a entirely different subject but it has pretty much the same page
layout and design. Outstanding choice of colors!
