SQUARE GARDEN

London is full of private square gardens. They tend to be rather small but then again you don't have too many people going in there either as the access is restricted to residents only.

My friend's square is an exception - it's a nice size garden with a playground for kids, tennis and plenty of space for dogs.

Kids love the little play ground.

By time I'm posting this we've already left London and we are settling in Paris. Wish me luck!

LONDON LIFE

Sorry for the silence from my end- we are back to London for few weeks and it's been crazy busy plus I have no wifi at home. Our social calendar is pretty booked up as we are trying to see as much friends as possible and I want to squeeze in my yoga and all sorts of other things as well.

I miss my old life and neighbourhood!

PANTHER COFFEE

Panther coffee is my favourite afternoon coffee hang out in Wynwood. They roast their own coffee beans and have the best almond milk latte and the cutest little vegan cupcakes. This place has more of a real feel than South Beach- which I find a little too touristic.

WYNWOOD WALLS

Wynwood is a Miami warehouse district between downtown and midtown that has become very happening, young, artsy, hip and fashionable. It's booming. It's a bit like Miami's version of New York's Meatpacking District and Soho.

I like Wynwood Kitchen for a casual lunch. It's inside these great graffiti walls. There's also Jugo Fresh - one of my favourite juice places in Miami.

BEACH DAY

Seriously I have to pinch myself ever so often, I feel so grateful having escaped the cold this year.

DAIRY FREE ICE-CREAM

I went to Whole Foods the other day just before lunch and sometimes when I get hungry I go a bit over board. As you can see one or two pints were not enough when I hit the dairy free ice-cream selection.
Despite the tempting packaging and delicious sounding flavours I ended up being disappointed. These were pretty much all too sweet for my taste. The winner was coconut almond chip: coconut milk ice-cream with almond bites and chocolate chips.

RUN IN THE PARK

I'm not too keen on running, but a slow pace jog out in the park is a great way to start your day.

Wishing you all a good weekend.
