INSIDE MY SPICE CABINET



Here's a list of my spice cabinet essentials:

  • himalayan salt
  • black pepper
  • chili flakes
  • paprika
  • turmeric powder
  • cinnamon
  • Herbes de Provence or equivalent dried herb mix 
  • sumac
  • zaatar (both sumac and zaatar you can find in Middle-Eastern food shops)
  • nutritional yeast
  • oils: olive, coconut, avocado, grape seed, sesame
  • apple cider vinegar   
  • Bragg's liquid aminos or soy sauce 
  • Dijon mustard

These are my basics that I use all the time for cooking, baking, making sauces, dressings etc.

  1. Very similar to my own spice cabinet but very clearly a different country (I'm in Australia). The only thing I recognise is the maille mustard!

    1. Thanks ;-) Himalayan salt is said to be purer containing lots of minerals. I also like Maldon sea salt.
